Hello Friends I am back!

I took a nice loooong break from miniatures and
now have come back.
I have not posted lately because group doesn't meet anymore.
We lost 2 dear friends this year Cheryl P. and Yvonne L.
Here's a corner memory box we did in their honor.
I am waiting for the other ladies to get theirs done so
I can post them.

Cheryl L. had the idea for 3 of us to make this.
The corner box first of all was something Cheryl P. had made and used many for her her displays.
Each item represents something they had made or given to us.
The doll house is center because we all met thru this group
 "Friends Thru Miniatures"
Here's my Corner memory Room Box:

The pictures show us a a group and on either side is
is Cherly P.'s  pic left and and on the right is Yvonne's.

On the left side of the corner box are memorials of Chery P.
She loved working with wood, the little wooden chair is what she made for me and under the chair are tiny pine cones she would collect on her property in the woods and use them often in her miniature scenes.
The cute little felt pumpkin on the chair was one of the project we did in group and she made many of them because she really liked making them.
The pot of flower are pansy's which is her favorite, on the right side on is a shelf I put a tea pot and cup because she loved to drink her tea and she collected miniature tea sets big and small.
She had a little Kitty named Callie. Cheryl really loved our group and was always ready to help us with whatever she could and shared generously with us her minis.
Yvonne memorial things are on the right, she made the rug on the floor one of many crocheted projects she did for us!
The lower shelf is a tiny teddy bear it represents her talent and love for making teddies and there's one sitting on the
 floor that she made!
The flower on the shelf she made for me, she loved real and miniature flowers. The Bible is the Word of God, she loved Jesus and taught Sunday school to the children at her church.
The book on the Teddy's lap below is a book tilted
 "Family Crafts"
 a book Yvonne had published.
I reduced a printed picture of it for a miniature copy of it.
The little doll seen here she crocheted a cute tiny dress!
last but not least was Yvonne's dog Buddy which was her love!
