We made flower boxes

Wanita prepared all of us little kits and we made
these. The other two ladies were unable to complete
theirs at this time.

We made cakes

These are made from Wedding Bubble cakes we just added paint and the others are from Artist sponges and scribble paint. Yvonne was missing today.

Our printable bags & boxes

We cut and pasted some printables bags & boxes but didn't finish them all.
had a fun time getting together as usual.

A Fun 60th Birthday Party

It was a really nice party with RL mini friends Yvonne, Wanita, (Kathy & Cheryl not in pics because they don't like their pictures taken.
I had a big box of prezzies from a an online group swap,Lots of prezzies from the girls. What a blessed day I had with some really fun friends! Yvonne and Wanita enjoying the low fat delicious Cheesecake made by Kathy (Yum Yum!) Frozen Mocha Cappuccinos by Cheryl!

Our group did the Fisher Price popper toy (that Jan in one of my online groups did great tut for it. Thanks Jan.) There are only 3 shown because Cheryl was too busy doing my b-day party to finish hers and mine was forgotton when I took the picture. Mine is one I did a long time ago. Any way I celebrated my 60th B-day with my mini group friends. Kathy and Cheryl don't like pictures taken so you won't see them here. Cheryl was hostess and did a wonderful job on all the Luau theme.

We made these on June 11th we had fun but Yvonne had a LOT of fun
she made 4 of them. I can't remember who made what I was in a hurry
to take a photo and had to leave. Cheryl showed us how.

Michael's Hutches-our creations

We love the Michael's hutches and they cost so little.
I am adding photos from my other blog to my RL group blog.
This was my table I added for the hutch I did.
I stained the table and painted the legs and did the chairs the same way.

This was already shown on my other blog but decided to post it here for our group projects as well since I stared this new blog.

This was our Friday's project taught by Cheryl.
This was so much fun. She made all of us a kit packet.

2 sets of luggage

My group made some when I was gone so I caught up at home.
No group pictures.Foamboard and scrap paper and a tiny strip
of gold & silver foil cut from greeting card envelopes for the edgeing.
Seed beads for the feet held in with small sequince pins.

In my real life group: We met today Cheryl, Wanita, Kathy and myself.
Yvonne is in Florida on vacation so hers is not pictured here.
Cheryl showed us how to make them from Kid's Corner in the June 2010 Miniature Collector Magazine. Cheryl is our very talanted teacher and host.
She opens her home to us to meet every other Friday.
She's a wonderful hostess. She has such awesome mini talant.
Cheryl made each of us a cute kit to put together along with
a printout for instrutions. We found some of this a bit tedious
but so worth it! We aren't totally done yet we need to add the
silverwear under the top but for now here is what we did!
